Project Control Engineer

Review project's contract, BOQ and bid documents. Ensures that project budget requisition is within the parameters of the contract;

Evaluates and manages project budget. Ensures that quantity and cost is within Bare Cost/Bid cost, whichever is applicable. Reconciles with Jobsite Office Engineer/QS for any revision in plan/specs that will have an effect on the project's budget due to submitted RFA/RFI or issued revised plan;

Coordinate and reconciles with the jobsite's QS for variation order budget requisition;

Monitor and update project cost data. Handling multiple databases;

Evaluates and process documents, such as but not limited to the following:

Job Order preparation and evaluation for approval. Coordinates with Operation's Office Engineer and/or Area Engineers for any queries and discrepancies with evaluated quantities, unit cost and work scope;
