Project Control Analyst
STI Group is seeking a full-time Project Control Specialist for ongoing projects.
Job Description
Out of town for 6 months at minimum (required)
Greater than 2 years as a Lead Cost Engineer
Coordinate and develop project annual-spend projections, cost reconciliations and variance analyses
Develop the project cost control strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both client and contractor roles and responsibilities
Adhere to the segment financial, business and project processes
Address issues pertaining to project cost control procedures
Implement and monitor costs within each project stage until completion or close-out
Collect and compile progress and cost data, and develop cost-control worksheets and reports for review by construction team
Enters cost data from purchasing, field contractors or other various sources during project
Produces numerous cost reports for client status and progress review
