Project Co-ordinator - Architectural 3D Visualization

We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to manage client communication, project timelines, and internal coordination for architectural 3D visualization projects. This role ensures smooth project execution so the production team can focus on creating high-quality renders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for project communication after onboarding
- Collect drawings, references, and project inputs from clients
- Clarify missing information proactively
- Prepare clear project briefs for the internal team
- Plan timelines, milestones, and track progress
- Coordinate between clients, Team Lead, and artists
- Follow up to ensure deadlines are met
- Manage deliveries, feedback, and revision cycles
- Maintain organized project documentation and files
Experience & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering preferred
