About the Role

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist project team with daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, and records
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document control
  • Coordinate with site staff, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project correspondence and follow up on pending items
  • Support general office and site administration duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in construction / project site is an advantage
