Project Based Recruiter

Position Summary:

The Recruiter focuses on effectively executing the interviewing/hiring process for shipboard positions. The Recruiter is responsible for requisition and candidate management ensuring the effectiveness of the recruiting process, executing sourcing plans, overall sourcing tactics and providing insight to leadership regarding the talent market as well as seeking out opportunities for continuous process improvement. In collaboration with operational colleagues, the Recruiter effectively uses resources to attract, identify, screen, and hire the best talent globally in the most efficient manner.

About the Role

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing for all positions within the assigned business units outlined which may include special projects, high volume and emerging talent.
