Job Summary: PROJECT - BASED Business Analyst

· Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

· Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.

· Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement initiatives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and management to ensure successful project delivery.

· Develop process models, business cases, and reports to support project proposals and organizational goals.
