Project-Based Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a Project-Based Human Resources Manager who will not only manage site HR operations but also help standardize and improve HR processes across project implementations.

This role is ideal for someone with strong HR operational experience in construction or infrastructure projects and with the ability to build systems and structure.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. HR Process Standardization & System Development

• Develop and implement standardized HR procedures for project sites
• Create and improve HR policies, SOPs, and workflow guidelines
• Establish structured onboarding and offboarding processes
• Implement proper documentation and 201 file management systems
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and compliance
