About The Role

Key Responsibility
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing e-commerce projects from initiation TO completion
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, tech, operations, logistics, customer support) and external vendors
Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones; prepare status reports and documentation
Monitor website performance, sales reports, and campaign results; highlight issues and opportunities
Help identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
Handle ad-hoc tasks related to platform enhancements, new tool implementations, or business expansion
