Project Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, plans, and design presentations
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and technical documents
• Produce 3D models and renderings for design visualization
• Coordinate with engineers and internal project teams
• Ensure design output aligns with project plans, budget, and timelines
• Provide practical and aesthetically sound design solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (BS Architecture).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Willing to be assigned in Imus City, Cavite
• At least 1–2 years of experience in an architectural or design firm
• Proven experience handling actual architectural projects
• Strong portfolio of completed works (residential / commercial)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, rendering software, and other design tools
