Job Description & Responsibilities:
Design Responsibilities :
Preparation of designs for wet scrubber, dust collector, chimney & ducting systems
Preparation of GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and isometric layouts
Performing pressure drop calculations, duct sizing, airflow & velocity calculations
Material selection and preparation of BOQ/BOM
Finalizing designs using AutoCAD / SolidWorks or any CAD tool
Conducting site surveys and taking measurements
Understanding client technical requirements and validating the design accordingly
Commercial Responsibilities:
Floating vendor inquiries and preparing quotation comparison sheets
Preparing client quotations and techno-commercial proposals
Coordinating PO, work order, and delivery schedules
Preparing cost estimation, budgeting, and costing sheets
