About the Role
Job Description
- Be The Face of Turner & Townsend by greeting employees and visitors at the front desk.
- New hire support including calendar invites, welcome bags, building access cards.
- Manage and route incoming calls, mail pickup and notification to recipient.
- Conduct routine inventory of kitchen, supply closet, copy and storage rooms, and resupply as needed.
- General upkeep of kitchen and conference rooms.
- Maintain visitor badges and keep log of outstanding badges.
- Accept/sign for deliveries. Create FedEx for outgoing shipments.
- Book conference rooms, send meeting invites.
- Relocation, visa, project and event travel coordination.
- Executive Assistant backup.
- Vendor management.
- Act as liaison with building for office notifications, janitorial and A/C issues, access card maintenance, bicycle cage access.
