The Project Administrator is a strategic operations partner supporting the Director and global Project Managers within Autodesk Workplace. This role serves as the operational backbone of the team — driving process rigor, documentation integrity, financial coordination, procurement alignment, and structured decision support across global capital and workplace initiatives.
Operating in a collaborative, “one-orbit” environment, this individual must be confident, solutions-oriented, highly communicative, and digitally forward-thinking. This role will actively leverage AI and smart technologies to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and improve data-driven decision-making. This is a high-visibility position that enables leadership effectiveness and project execution at scale.
