About the Role

  • Create and maintain project documentation, including scope statements, status reports, and action logs.
  • Take meeting minutes, document actionable next steps, and follow up with task owners to ensure accountability.
  • Organize project files (contracts, invoices, and blueprints) in shared drives or collaboration platforms.
  • Assist in tracking budgets, monitoring expenditures, and processing financial queries.
  • Process billing, organize vendor invoices, and support expense reporting.
  • Assist with procurement by sourcing materials, evaluating supplier pricing, and tracking purchase orders.
  • Identify potential project risks or bottlenecks and report them to the Project Manager.
  • Support risk mitigation strategies and coordinate deficiency tracking to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines
