About the Role
Overview
- Prepare meeting minutes, project progress reports and attend site meetings.
- Ensure all required documents such as SOP manuals, ISO documents, safety, training and other documents are properly organized and controlled.
- Organize and manage safekeeping of documents and records and maintain organized filing for effective data retrieval for the site store.
- Responsible for managing project-related documents in the project filing system and maintaining project records, correspondences and preparing requested documents for internal team members and external parties when required.
- Provide administrative support to the project team.
- Coordinate between HQ and Site on administration/equipment documentation.
- Perform any other duties as required by the superior and/or management.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Construction or equivalent.
