About the Role
The primary function of this role is to oversee both the Project and Contract Support teams, ensuring that daily operational tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Plan, coordinate and manage daily operational support team daily task and/or activities.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for the organization/business unit.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure quality standards and operational goals are achieved.
Process Improvement
- Analyze workflow and business processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and automation where appropriate.
- Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are in place and compliance.
