Responsibilities
- Responsible for office administration and clerical work.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning.
- Assisting project administration work including those projects related to Lembaga Jurukur Tanah (LJT).
- Extract necessary info needed from project team for project record and database update.
- Maintaining record and database for particular project administration.
- Assisting Business and Development Department in providing relevant information.
