Responsibilities

You will works closely with the team to drive client service excellence and a culture of delighting clients and identify and convert new business opportunities with brand team.

• Serve as a primary liaison to clients.
• Maintain and grow a close relationship with clients / decision maker.
• Have strong and deep understanding on clients’ business objectives and drive a high level of strategic plans and objectives.
• Work proactively to meet client’s needs and priorities with the greatest amount of added value and managing client’s expectation.
• Understand, prioritize, and drive resolution of issues through hands‑on involvement and effective communication between responsible parties internally and with the clients.
