Project Accountant at Black & McDonald

As a vital member of the Southern Ontario Pullman Shared Services team, you will report directly to the Regional Controller. Key responsibilities include ensuring data integrity through reporting, reconciling budgets, preparing customer invoices, and recording productivity data with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze budgets vs. actuals for monthly reporting
• Assist in reconciling orders and payments
• Maintain accurate financial records in JD Edwards
• Prepare and follow-up on customer invoices
• Document Accounts Receivable and Payable tasks
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years of billing or project accounting experience
• Proficiency in Excel is essential
• Excellent multitasking and communication abilities
