Programmer

Requirements

-Ability to operate CNC milling, Knowledge of machine and tooling capabilities.

. Knowledgeable in tool & parameter selection as per the material.

. Ability to generate CAM programming (Mastercam software) for 2.5D,3D 3 axis, 4 axis indexer vertical, horizontal machine.

. Fair knowledge of GD&T.

. Ability to perform own setups on CNC milling.

. Able to interpret fairly complex schematics or drawings and identify mistakes

. Design Jig & Fixture for mills process – FA parts. (SolidWorks software)

. Prepare detailed work instructions and supervise machining process validations.

· Experience in programming & setting of 5 Axis CNC machines with MasterCam for aerospace parts

· Able to interpret drawings with geometrical dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T).

· Knowledge of programs, macros, CAD & CAM (i.e. Catia & Solidworks) software
