Programme Support Clerk

Context
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Brazil is implementing various projects addressing the protection, assistance, and integration needs of migrants, refugees and other vulnerable populations in Brazil. The Programme Support Unit provides support to enable effective programme and project management, in close coordination with the Chief of Mission and senior management, Resource Management staff, Project Coordinators, Regional Office and Headquarters staff, as well as with Government counterparts and other relevant public/private sector’s partner organizations.
Responsibilities: Support the Programme Support Unit with administrative tasks (e.g., identify and track follow-up actions; administrative and procurement actions as required).
Support with Knowledge Management related tasks, which may include updating spreadsheets, organizing Sharepoint pages and folders, and keeping relevant documents up to date, as well as fostering knowledge and experience s...
