Job Summary
The Project / Programme Manager is responsible for the execution of work packages as assigned by the Programme Director. For their respective work packages they:
Manage and lead their project teamProvide overall management, oversight and tracking to keep their work packages on track to complete according to the agreed baselinesProvide detailed subproject planning, monitoring and controlLog and manage risks and issues, escalating to the Programme Director as appropriateOwn and manage their work package budgetLiaise with the user or business community to ensure the solution is fit for purpose and for wider stakeholder engagementProvides regular status reports to the Programme Director on an agreed scheduleProduce and deliver project communicationsAttends project status meetingsJob Responsibilities
