Program Supervisor

The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Program Supervisor to join one of our Group Living Environments located in East Longmeadow. This 4‑bedroom site serves elderly women with persistent mental illness and complex medical issues.

Responsibilities

• Hire and supervise direct‑care staff.
• Stay current with MAP protocols and program licensing.
• Manage, coach, and lead a group of experienced staff to the next level.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
• Pass background screening, including CORI.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
• Reliable transportation for occasional business use.
