Job Description

The Program Specialist, Logistics Services plays a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the organization’s logistics services, including the Just-In-Time (JIT) program, central stores, and shipping & receiving. Reporting to the Manager, Logistics Services, this role ensures optimal product availability, inventory accuracy, and supply continuity to meet clinical and operational needs across the organization.

The Program Specialist, Logistics Services is responsible for managing critical product backorders and substitutions, coordinating product conversions, supporting inventory control processes, and liaising with vendors and clinical stakeholders to maintain the flow of materials.
