Program Specialist.

Responsibilities

1. Leads Data Analysis and reporting for assigned team programs / projects.
2. Responsible for the reporting requirements and data structure working with the Engineers and program/project managers to insure all requirements were covered.
3. Works closely with and under the direction of the assigned line manager in coordinating and supporting project planning and execution.
4. Supports the development and management of metrics for reporting and decision making.
5. Communicates status of activities, performance, risks and issues to internal and external customers.
6. Support the development of project charters, program management plans (PMP), and integrated master schedule.
7. Support the preparation of program/project budget and resource loading.
8. Monitors team performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
