Program Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with incoming sales leads and potential customers via email or meetings.
• Understand customer needs, technical requirements, and application challenges.
• Recommend appropriate products or customized solutions based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are feasible and aligned with internal capabilities.
• Prepare and present product proposals, technical specifications, and quotations.
• Follow up on leads and project developments to support progression toward mass production or long-term collaboration.
• Assist in onboarding new customers and supporting initial trial or sampling phases.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
• Technical background is an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
