:To strengthen its response to Microsoft’s CSP program evolution, ArrowSphere is reinforcing several teams, including the Business Operations organizations.
This role is part of a newly created mission and team, with an international setup including team creation in Morocco.
Role Purpose
The Program Operations will be responsible for Business Operations management of the Microsoft program, ensuring operational excellence, financial accuracy, and process reliability across complex transactional and incentive flows.
The role is highly operational, with a strong financial backbone, and acts as a bridge between strategy, IT/platform teams, finance, and program stakeholders.
