Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Program & Account Manager to join our Europe team. This role will act as the primary point of contact overseeing the implementation and ongoing support of Microsoft Fabric and Commercial Analytics solutions. In addition to program delivery, the individual will manage the Sonata account, drive client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Project Management: Serve as the primary UK-based point of contact for the BioPharma client during implementation and support phases.
• Program & Project Management: Lead program governance, planning, timelines, and execution for Microsoft Fabric and commercial analytics implementation.
