What you will be doing
Engage with the company’s IT teams and the research community to understand current state and future needs
Define program vision, objectives, and success measures
Develop a multi-year roadmap for the RASR Program
Lead development of the solution approach (build vs buy, integration model, streams of work)
Prepare a light business case and presentation materials
Facilitate governance and decision-making forums
Present recommendations to executive leadership
Support engagement with other universities and external research partners
Prepare the program for transition into the next delivery phase
