Program Manager

Reporting to the Director of Program Management within our Strategy & Transformation team, this role sits at the centre of that change.

We are not looking for someone to manage timelines or coordinate updates. We are looking for a Program Manager who owns outcomes across complex, cross‑functional work—someone who can drive clarity, force trade‑offs, and ensure our most critical “Bets” deliver real business results.

You will operate as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, with accountability for ensuring that priorities translate into progress, and that progress translates into measurable value.
