Program Manager

Overview

• As a Program Manager, you will own the full product development life cycle from inception through launch and end-of-life for custom rechargeable batteries, chargers, and power supplies.
• You will manage global, cross-functional teams to deliver programs on scope, schedule, and budget, while ensuring customer requirements are met.
• You will be responsible for driving products through all development phases, coordinating seamless factory launches, and serving as the primary customer interface from program kickoff onward.
• Success in this position requires strong experience in product development, executive-level communication, and the ability to represent both the customer and the business effectively.
