About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Telecom Program Manager to support network circuit procurement, delivery, and testing for site launches and Keep the Lights On (KTLO) initiatives. This role will execute strategic infrastructure projects while managing carrier engagement activities requiring telecom coordination expertise.
Requirements
Network Circuit Delivery & Infrastructure Projects
• Manage end-to-end circuit procurement, delivery, and testing for Plan of Record (POR) based site launches
• Execute strategic infrastructure initiatives, including Ring Topology Conversion, Circuit Upgrades, Fixed Wireless to Fiber Conversion, and SPoF mitigation
• Coordinate delivery of WAN circuits supporting capacity upgrades and network initiatives
• Support POR deliveries, customer intake requests, and legacy service sunset activities
