**Work Arrangement:**
This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Austin, Detroit, Mountain View, or Warren you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at a minimum.

We are seeking a Program Manager, Talent Intelligence to pioneer and refine the Talent Intelligence (TI) function within Talent Acquisition at General Motors. This high-impact role bridges Strategic Workforce Planning, People Analytics, Global TA, and Business Leadership, ensuring our TI deliverables provide clear value, drive measurable ROI, and enhance competitive advantage in acquiring future-critical skills.
