Responsibilities
- Make a programmanagement plan
- Define projectsand programs are alignedwith the strategic plan of the organization
- Define the program controls, or the processes, procedures, reporting, etc. to manage the program
- Lead and coach the Programteam members in meeting project objectives
- Monitor and review the business in meeting the financialandoperational objectives.
- Management and assurance of meeting customer’srequirements and expectations
- Key liaison person nel between customer and business unit.
- Oversee timely competition ofproduction schedules and new project-start-up through efficient coordination of alllevels inclusive of procurement and engineering team.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with customers, internal groups and suppliers.
