Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a key member, you will define and refine integration strategies, operating models, and Day-1 to Day-100 plans. Your role will involve leading complex multi-stream programs with tight timelines and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Define and refine integration strategies, operating models, and Day-1 to Day-100 plans.
2. Develop and evolve detailed program structures including workplans, milestones, KPIs, and interdependencies, aligned with the overall deal and integration strategy.
3. Lead M&A integration programs spanning corporate and business functional streams.
4. Establish and operate integration governance .
