About the role:

The Extended Post Care Service (EPCS), supports young people transitioning out of the child protection system at the age of 18 across the Brisbane region. The program offers intensive, one-on-one case management through an assertive outreach model, focusing on enhancing independent living skills for those with complex backgrounds and limited support. Financial support is a key component, helping young adults manage the costs of independent living and strengthening their financial decision-making skills in line with their transition goals.

The Program Manager role is a front line-management role, part of the Community Services leadership team. As a Manager, we believe in leading teams through showing and doing, not delegating and micro-managing.
