**GENERAL OVERVIEW**

The Program Manager, Internal Audit serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Audit Executive (CAE) and Internal Audit leadership team, enabling execution of a complex, enterprise-wide audit portfolio through structured governance, operational rigor, and cross-functional coordination.

This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, tracking, and reporting of the annual audit workplan; coordinating Audit Committee and subsidiary governance activities; supporting resource and capacity planning; and ensuring consistent execution standards across engagements.
