I’m currently partnering with a large, complex enterprise organisation undergoing a significant HR systems transformation, and we’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of a high-impact HRIS program.
This is not a standard project role. This is a business-critical program sitting at the intersection of HR, Technology, Payroll and Operations with direct visibility to senior leadership and the steering committee.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Group Manager – HRIS, you will take full accountability for the end-to-end program delivery ensuring the overall plan, timeline, governance, and budget are managed and maintained throughout the lifecycle.
