About This Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Program Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to join our Revenue Growth Management team in the food service channel. The Program Manager, RGM plays a critical role in driving fact based decision making and profitable, sustainable revenue growth. In this role, the Program Manager will assist in the development of analytical tools and deliver timely, centralized analysis to support management routines across the business. The insights, analytics, and recommendations provided will be essential in identifying opportunities for customer growth, optimizing trade spend, guiding course corrections, and mitigating risk.

The Program Manager will also lead key components of the Trade Board process, including evaluating the profitability of new contracts and renewals, ensuring strong commercial discipline and informed decision-making.
