We at Accolade Electronics are looking for a Program Manager to lead end-to-end program execution within a manufacturing-driven environment, ensuring strong coordination between R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customers. The role involves managing multiple high-value projects from RFQ through development to mass production, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multiple automotive electronics programs from RFQ/Nomination to SOP and lifecycle management.
Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for OEM/Tier-1 customers.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Quality, SCM, and Manufacturing Plant.
Ensure smooth transition from product development to serial production.
Monitor program timelines, cost targets, margins, and delivery commitments.
