About the Role
Job Description:
- Oversee delivery leads, including performance evaluations, recruitment, disciplinary actions, and staffing issues.
- Ensure exceptional delivery results by managing project performance, timelines, and budgets while addressing complex problems and implementing innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with demand and portfolio managers to allocate resources, monitor progress, assess risks, and implement migration plans.
- Develop and enforce project management processes, tools, and standards to enhance project success and delivery.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- CI/CD
- Agile/scrum
- Waterfall
- Good to have Fintech and/or Banking project management experience
- Good to have Scrum Master certified or higher
- Good to have PMP certification or equivalent
- Can work ONSITE (Ortigas)
