Program Manager - Payments Ecosystem

Overview

The primary role of the Payments Ecosystem Program Manager is to ensure effective and efficient management, implementation and business growth of RBG’s strategic initiatives related to the banks existing payment ecosystem programs.

Responsibilities

• The Program Manager is tasked to create, implement, and improve program/s by collaborating with different Business Units/Groups (such as RCBC Credit Cards, Merchant Business, Transaction Banking Group, DEIG, and related support units of the Bank) with the end-state goal of improved program competitiveness, accelerated market penetration, business growth and improved internal processes.

Qualifications

• University graduate from a reputable educational institution, preferably of a business-related course or Marketing
