About the Role
JOB SUMMARY:
The Program Manager oversees a portfolio of projects with a combined total of up to 20 MWp, managing cross-project risks, dependencies, and financial performance while ensuring client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee performance of assigned project portfolio.
Allocate resources and manage cross-project dependencies.
Manage portfolio budgets up to ₱300M.
Implement portfolio-level risk and change management.
Ensure portfolio profitability and margin protection.
Mentor Senior Project Managers and Project Managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or Engineering.
8–10 years of project/program management experience, with at least 3 years in solar or renewable energy.
PMP required, PgMP preferred.
Advanced leadership and portfolio management skills.
