Program Manager

The Program Manager works directly with strategic customers, plant management and internal customer-focused teams to develop and implement account strategies in order to delight our customers and provide a world class customer experience. The Program Manager is responsible for managing overall customer programs for assigned accounts through high level leadership of cross-functional teams composed of Buyers, Material Planners, Test, Manufacturing and Quality Engineers. The Program Manager plays a key role in broadening and advancing customer relationships. The role is responsible for improving and optimizing all key account metrics.
