About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Program Manager  to lead project and program-level estimation efforts across large-scale initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing accurate and consistent estimation frameworks that support business planning, resource allocation, and delivery success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure estimates are realistic, traceable, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the end-to-end estimation process for large, cross-functional programs, from initial scoping through to final approval.
Develop standardized estimation models, templates, and tools to improve forecast accuracy and repeatability.
