About the Role
Program Manager — OEMS / Trading Platform
- Lead end-to-end delivery of OEMS/trading platform programs across multiple workstreams.
- Define program roadmap, governance, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage cross-functional teams across product, engineering, QA, infra, and vendors.
- Oversee budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery KPIs.
- Drive Agile/SAFe execution using Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
- Coordinate client onboarding, exchange integrations, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage releases for high-availability, low-latency production systems.
- Track program health via dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
- Ensure adherence to capital markets standards and controls.
- Report to executives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
