Molex is seeking a Program Manager to join our Optical Systems Business Unit (OSBU). In this role the successful candidate will be part of a world-class engineering team, contributing to the development of the next generation coherent and PAM4 optical transceivers. The successful candidate will have specific responsibility for the planning and execution of these complex development programs to achieve the desired performance objectives (e.g. cost, schedule). The Program Manager is a critical leadership position in the product development team expected to ensure the co-ordination of the activities of a large, multi-functional and geographically dispersed team. Some travel is expected in this role.
