Job Purpose:
The Program Manager serves as the strategic and operational cornerstone for one of Hy-Tek's most important client accounts. This role owns the full lifecycle of complex, multi-workstream deployments — from planning and resource alignment through successful execution — while serving as the primary bridge between Hy-Tek's internal teams and the client's leadership.
