Program Manager – Justice Digital Program

The Government of Alberta is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Justice Digital Program within Alberta Courts. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate multiple technology initiatives, driving digital transformation, program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management across complex court technology projects.

This role requires a senior‑level professional with extensive experience managing large‑scale IT programs, custom application development projects, and multi‑stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple IT projects within the Justice Digital Program.
• Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance frameworks.
