**What you’ll do:**
**Job Summary**
The Project Manager’s primary responsibilities are to lead cross-functional project teams on globally integrated new product development and transition programs. Projects will be executed within phased gated process framework.
The project manager is responsible for managing deliverables across the team to ensure delivery is aligned to committed schedules, cost goals and constraints, and product quality. The project manager communicates project status across the organization leading their teams to deliver project objectives in support of Eaton’s Bussmann Division.
The project manager further advances the state of the art of program management and team excellence through meeting continuous improvement objectives.
