Manage our talent development programs, including development planning, check-ins and executive coaching which includes project management, Comms, People Business Partner (PBP) support, working with vendors, etc.
Manage our talent development program, including project management and change leadership for the new tool roll out, training strategy and implementation.
Partner closely with our People Business Partners (PBPs) to enable them to effectively lead adoption of the tool within their lines of business, including building manager capability for development conversations and team member engagement.
Work closely with analytics team to evaluate adoption and understand usage track how team members and managers are engaging with tools and resources and implement improvements.
